She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold H. Lewis and Johnnie Bell Eskew Lewis; her sisters, Harriet Greene and Zelda Mae Lewis Brown; and her nieces, Tamara and Jama Greene.
She is survived by: her sister Loretta Lewis (Lee K. Tensley) of Maryland; her nieces, Sheona Hobbs of Washington, DC and Keshia Tensley of Bowie, MD; and her cousin Denise Carlock Venable of Youngstown. She is also survived by caregiver, other family and friends.
