She is survived by: her children, Edward W. Phillips of Youngstown, Rodney A. Phillips (Joy) of Youngstown, Nancy J. Phillips-Boseman (Dennis Boseman) of Youngstown and Stephen C. Phillips (Yvette Mendez) of Youngstown; and her siblings, William Bowser (Jill) and Terry Bowser of Youngstown. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
