She was predeceased by: her parents, Orlo Hay and Esther Hay (Mort); her daughter Patty Jean Setinsek; and her siblings, Dorothy Auriemma, Rev. William Hay, Jay Hay, Mary Schlag, John Hay, James Hay and Orlo Hay Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Tony Setinsek; her children, Tony Setinsek (Nancy), Harvey Setinsek (Terrie), Debra Gaston (Randy) and Anna Marie Bach; her grandchildren, Christina Lopresti (Anthony), April Turvey (Mike), Tony James Setinsek (Jessica Bacha), Curtis Setinsek (Cricket), Norman Gallagher (Richelle), Justin Gallagher, Christopher Gallagher (Jennifer), Melissa Britt (Jason), Lindsay Gregg (Andrew), Allison Johnson (Joshua) and Lee Bach Jr. (Lindsy); and her brothers, Robert, Richard, Ralph and Rev. Charles Hay. She is also survived by many great grandchildren; one great- great grandchild.
