She was predeceased by: her parents, John Chismar and Mary Chismar; her husband Alexander Kopac; and her siblings, Margaret Deley, Elizabeth Golden, Mary Balint, Sophie Levetsky, Stephen, Frank, John and Andrew.
She is survived by: her son Robert; her daughter-in-law Lynne Kopac of Poughkeepsie, NY; her son Alexander Kopac of The Villages, FL; her grandchildren, Matthew (Andra Kopac), Mark (Karen Kopac) and Lindsay (Michael Rivera); and her stepgreat-grandchild Madalann Rivera.
