He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Alvena Kirtley Sr.; and his son Brian Eugene Kirtley. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Kay Hernandez (Doug Bryant) and Brandi Nichol Colwell (Michael); and his siblings, Harry Kirtley (Nancy), Janet Miller (Doit) and Diana Hackworth. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren; his great grandchild.
