We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2020, at the age of 67, Michael D. Koch of North Lewisburg, Ohio, born in Columbus, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Michael D. Koch to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry E. Koch and Eleanor Koch (Buzchowski); and his wife Elizabeth Koch (Stupalsky). He is survived by: his children, Jason Koch (Leslie) and Jenifer Meyers (Keith); his grandchildren, Cory, Caden, Chloe, Christian, Gabby, Sarah and Kendall; and his siblings, Henry, Joe and Debbie Koch.
