He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Moore and Elsie Moore (Amis); his grandsons, Lucas and Trevor Conley; his siblings, Earl Moore and Julie Detwiler; and his son-in-law Orrie Conley.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Moore (Baldwin); his children, Cheryl Conley and Michael Moore (Carletta); his grandsons, Joshua (Misti), Jason (Brittney) and Justin Moore; his great grandchildren, Jaymen, Alyssa, Maddex, Brody and Callen; and his sister Janice Garver (Tom). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
