He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Rittenhouse and Minnie Rittenhouse (Fairchild); his parents-in-law, William and Imogene Nance; his siblings, Rodney, Duane, Lois (Ewing) and Armilla (Burden); and his siblings-in-law, Dick Ewing, James Coleman, Richard Burden, Dennis Herron and Phyllis Rittenhouse.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Rittenhouse (Nance); his children, Maria Woodworth (Eric) and Eric Rittenhouse (Beka); his grandchildren, Ethan, Sydney and Wyatt Woodworth; his children, Jayden and Ean Rittenhouse; his siblings, Lucille (Coleman), Sheila (Herron) and Dale; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Nance, Jerry Nance, Carol Rittenhouse, Annette Rittenhouse and Naomi Nance. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Freshwater, McDonald & Vernon Fuenral Home (57 W Maple St, North Lewisburg, OH 43060). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Freshwater, McDonald & Vernon Funeral Home (57 W Maple St, North Lewisburg, OH 43060).
