We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Dennis Lynn Phelps of North Lewisburg, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Phelps and Alice Phelps (Ferryman); and his siblings, Sharon Longberry, Pamela Spain and Gary Phelps.

He is survived by: his wife Chris Phelps; his son Michael Phelps (Rachel); his grandson Hudson Phelps; and his siblings, Judy Jackson, Linda Rutan, Alicia Davis (Carl), Steven Phelps (Connie) and Douglas Phelps (Amelia). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Freshwater, McDonald & Vernon Funeral Home (57 W Maple St, North Lewisburg, OH 43060). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Funeral Home Pastor John Instine Officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to The Triad High School Athletic Dept.
