He is survived by: his wife Linda Byer; his children, Lauri Bennard (Eric), Brian Byer (Ann), Cindi Thompson (Arin) and Micky Byer (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Cheryl Beitzel (Brandon), Cody Byer, Brianna Martin (James), Austin Byer (Itzel), Lindsay Gerber, Shiree Bennard (Mitch), Courtney, Alex Thompson, Bradley Bennard, Chad (Rachel) and Robert Bucher (Ashley); his brother Blaine Byer, Jr.; and his pets, Suzie and Punkin. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
