She was predeceased by : her parents, Nathan Lehman and Eleanor Lehman (Martin). She is survived by : her husband Jay; her children, Janelle Hostetler of Little Rock and Logan Hostetler of Orrville; and her siblings, Randy Lehman (Maryl) of North Lawrence, Carla Withrich of Orrville, Karen Gerber (Ken) of Orrville, Curt Lehman (Susie) of Wooster and Carmen Siegrist (Vern) of Orrville.
