He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kelbly and Emma Kelbly (Butzer); and his siblings, Marilyn Wyckoff and John "Wes" Kelbly Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Karen Elizabeth Bodager; his children, Marilyn Endicott (Mark), George Jr. Kelbly (Ruthie), James Kelbly (Cheryl) and Mike Kelbly (Kim); his grandsons, Ian Kelbly (Amy), Ryan Kelbly, Max Kelbly (Eva Mae), Eddie Battig (Tara), Nathan Kelbly and Caleb Endicott; and his great grandchildren, Gunner Kelbly and Kennedy Jones.
