She was predeceased by: her husband Manford "Bud" Neil. She is survived by: her children, Kim Jenkins, Karen Bing, Cindy Madzia (Joe), Fred Neil, Lisa Eggenschwiler (Scott), Allen Neil and Kenny Neil; and her siblings, Tom Singer (Helen), Jerry Singer (Shirley) and Kathy Mohler. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 5 great, grandchildren.
