He was predeceased by : his parents, Olen Hamrick and Ellen Hamrick (Green); his son Robert "Buck" Hamrick; and his siblings, Jack Hamrick, Ralph Hamrick and Wanda Mollohan.
He is survived by : his children, Elzie, Lavonna Maxheimer (Dave), Laura Campbell, Leigh Becerra (Sam), Samuel Pittman (Kelly), Steven Hamrick (Carrie) and Kelly Miller (Dave); his former life partner Linda Walton; his brother Denzil Hamrick (Joyce); and his daughter-in-law Kathy Hamrick. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
