With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dulcie Farley of North Lawrence, Ohio, born in Jumping Branch, West Virginia, who passed away on October 15, 2020 at the age of 76. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dulcie Farley to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph "Moody" Vest and Lucinda Vest Upton (Wills); her husband Larry D. Farley; and her brother-in-law Tom Williams. She is survived by : her children, Tamra Ansel (Aaron), Tina Mann (Jenny) and Tim Farley (Stephen); her grandchildren, Phill Joseph (Kate), Raechelle Harber (Shane), Ashton Mann, Albrey Hunt (Rodney), Lilly and Jackson Ansel; her siblings, Ben Vest (Gayle), Julia Allen (John), Martha Williams, Joyce Neely (Denzel) and Linda McKee (John); and her siblings-in-law, Jerry Hurst (Judy) and Sandra Crews (Homer).
