He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Earl "Sonny", Shirley Siegenthaler, Harold and Catherine Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Chelsea; his children, Lucas, Rylee, Lilith and Alice; and his parents, Tom Lewis and Debbie Lewis. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
