He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Noel; his sister Eva Mae Hippert; his mother Mettie; and his son-in-law Troy Misko. He is survived by: his wife Ida Noel (Amon); and his daughters, Janice Noel (Richard Covey), Nancy Collins (Ray), Linda Misko and Ida Crum (Robert "Jake"). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.
