He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold and Myrtle Westbay, Sr. (Gillespie); and his siblings, Joan Hall and Harold Westbay, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Dorothea (Pettit); his children, Rene Kistler (Donald), Nikki Shelvey (Michael) and Janeen Westbay-Dick; and his brothers, Brent Westbay (Carol) and Dale Westbay. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
