He was predeceased by: his parent Donna Marie Mackay; and his brothers, Michael Mackay and Robert Burcham. He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Apidone, Nelda Harden (Michael), Dane Groover (Loretta) and Nina Groover; and his sister-in-law Cindy Burcham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
