She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lizewski and Josephine Lizewski (Kopra); her husband Sydney J. Coy; and her brother John Lizewski. She is survived by: her children, Terry Tackett of Arizona, Jeffrey Coy (Kerri) of Ohio and Constance Augustine (Jeffrey) of North Carolina; her brother William Lizewski of Florida; her grandsons, Bradley Tackett (Kristin) of Arizona, Derrick Coy (Logan Coy), Evan and Matthew (Katherine); and her great grandchildren, Braeden, Cole, Kyra Tackett of Arizona and Olivia Coy of Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Assumption Catholic Church.
