She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Summers and Eva Summers (VanGorder); her husband James Makynen; and her siblings, Donald, Harold, Roy, David Summers and Esther Penniman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joanne Evans (Greg) of Springfield, MO and Patricia Johnson (Robert) of Conneaut; her grandchildren, Christina Evans and Kyle Evans (Charissa); her great grandchild Gunner Evans; her brother Victor Summers of Conneaut; and her close friend Foster Luzier of North Kingsville.
