She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Hewitt and Belva Hewitt (Hoplight); her former husbands, Fred Perusek, Leo Katz and Floyd Betteys; her husband Howard Johnson; and her brothers, Alan and Paul Hewitt.
She is survived by: her son Robert J. Katz (Kelly) of North Kingsville; her grandsons, Stephan Katz (Meredith) of Parma Heights, OH and Andrew Katz of Parma Heights, OH; her great grandchildren, Oliver and Juliette Katz; her brother Gary Hewitt (Alice) of Plymouth Twp; her sister-in-law Mickey Hewitt; and her goddaughter Michele Fetters of Plymouth Twp. She is also survived by Her friends and family.
Due to the rise in Covid19 cases, masks are required.
