He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley Otto (Rice); his parents, Francis Elwood and Annabelle Otto (Asp); and his grandchildren, Alexus, Alexandra Otto and Nicholas Otto.
He is survived by: his sons, Fran Otto (Marily), Jim Otto (Annie) and Eugene Otto (Fe); his stepchildren, John Turner (Sandy), Bruce Turner, Debbie Turner and Peggy Turner; and his sister Janice Kelley. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
