She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter M. Bedell and Alice Bedell (Schweinfurth) of Marion, Ohio.; her siblings, William Bedell, Hilda Luce, Robert Bedell, Shirley Bedell, Walter Bedell Jr. and Elizabeth Blomquist; and her grandson Franklin Grasso.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Hewitt; and her children, Denise Rebrovic (Louis) of New Bremen, OH, Nanette Grasso (Nickolas) of St. Petersburg, FL, Renee Hewitt of Ashtabula, OH and Paul Hewitt of Ashtabula, OH. She is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
