He is survived by: his wife Helen Pruitt; his children, Connie Jones (Michael) of Deerfield and Chuck Lehotsky (Jen) of Canfield; his siblings, Ruth Lehotsky of Poland and James Lehotsky (Sandy) of Dublin; and his sister-in-law Virginia Lehotsky.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that material tributes take the form of donations to Boardman Baptist Church.
