He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Phelan of Youngstown, Michelle Campbell of Youngstown, Kevin Miller (Trina) of Youngstown and Timothy Miller (Linda) of Mineral Ridge; his brother Allen Miller (Helen) of New Jersey; and his sister-in-law Patricia Williams (Ken) of Columbiana.
