He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mayor and Agnes Mayor (Belcik); his parents-in-law, Joseph and Alice Peroga; his brother Bill; his sister-in-law Marilyn Porinchak; his nieces, Emily and Faith Moran; and his pet Rags.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Mayor (Peroga); his siblings, Jim (Laurinda) and Agnes Moran; and his nieces and nephews, Eric Porinchak, Jered Moran (Casey Moran), Jimmy Mayor, Trevor Moran, Stephanie Mayor and Sarah Mayor. He is also survived by many cousins; as well as dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. James Church (50 Rosemont Rd, North Jackson, OH 44451). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
