He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Cook; and his sisters, Katherine and Audrey. He is survived by: his son Ray Cook (Michelle) of Norwalk; his grandchildren, Jalynn and Morganne (Tyler); his great grandchild Lillian Iris; and his brothers, Dave Cook of Florida and John Cook (Kathy) of North Fairfield.
