It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore J. Cook of North Fairfield, Ohio, born in Willard, Ohio, who passed away on June 13, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Cook; and his sisters, Katherine and Audrey. He is survived by: his son Ray Cook (Michelle) of Norwalk; his grandchildren, Jalynn and Morganne (Tyler); his great grandchild Lillian Iris; and his brothers, Dave Cook of Florida and John Cook (Kathy) of North Fairfield.
