He is survived by: his wife Patricia Barnhart Tester (Steele); his children, Teresa Brudzinski (Bruce) of Pickerington, OH, Tracy Miller (Bob) of Wakeman, OH and Trent Tester (Julie) of New London; his stepchildren, Steven V. Barnhart (Lois) of North Fairfield, Cindy Moser (Rory) of Florida and Candee White (John) of Florida; his sisters, Donna Graves (Don) of Oklahoma and Carol Wikel (Ned) of Swanton, OH; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Eckert (Bob) of Norwalk, Keith Kline of Norwalk, Rolland and Shirley Burton of New London. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
