She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Phillips and Laura Phillips (Meyer); her husband Robert M. Underwood Sr.; her grandson Zayne Underwood; and her siblings, Reginald, Robert, Charles, Cletus Phillips, Marlene Brooks, Emma Hill and Mary McLaughlin.
She is survived by: her sons, John Underwood of Orange Park, FL, Jarold Underwood (Margaret) of Port Clinton, OH, Robert Underwood Jr. of Greenwich and Mark Underwood (Julie) of Port Clinton, OH; and her grandchildren, Michelle Schuster (Mike), Yvonne Underwood, Jarold Jr. Underwood and Renee Deneau. She is also survived by 9 great grandsons and 1 great granddaughter.
