He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald A. and Shirley Alberts, Sr. (Tripp); and his nephew Scott A. Shuker. He is survived by: his daughter Trisha Pearson (Erik) of Setauket, NY; his grandchildren, Trevor Alberts Pearson, Paige Pearson and Jake Pearson; his siblings, Keith Alberts of Cleveland, Beverly Krick (James) of Norwalk and Dawn Alberts of Cleveland; his significant other Amy Szymkowiak of Toledo; his niece Amanda Krick Westcott; and his nephews, Chad, Andrew Duchette and Stephen Krick. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
