He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Lewis and Eleanor Lewis; and his siblings, Wayne Lewis, Burton Lewis and Kathryn Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat"; his son William Lewis (Marla); his granddaughters, Emily Stieber (Anthony) and Sarah Oney (Ethan); his great grandchild Waylon Reid Oney; and his sisters, Barbara Wobser (Richard) and Betty Bivens (Richard). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
