She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Ruter; her brother Joseph Windt; and her parents, Frank Windt and Anna Windt. She is survived by: her children, Brian Ruter, Gail Florea, Karen Ruter (Ken Hof) and Sharon Kauffman (Joe); her grandchildren, Amber (Matthew), Chelsee (Timmy), Zach, Josh (Ally), Ryan (Brittany), Emily, Kassee (Dylan), Dylan (Brittany) and Lindsey (Jayson); and her great grandchildren, Emmie, Addy, Avery, Leyton, Lexi, Lucy, Cooper and Remi. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
