We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2023, at the age of 93, Joan McIntyre-Rusche of North College Hill, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Elmer Rusche; her children, David Rusche, Deborah Rusche, Matt Rusche and Rebecca Elfers (Ed); and her grandchildren, Kelly, Matthew, Elizabeth, Katie and Sandra. She was also cherished by 8 great grandchildren.
