It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Opal Warner of North Bloomfield, Ohio, born in Webster Springs, West Virginia, who passed away on January 26, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Armentrout and Ada Armentrout (Holcomb); her husband Carl T. Warner; her son Omer Bennet; her siblings, Junior, Goldie Armentrout and Lucile Parker; and her son-in-law James Smeltzer.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Thomas (Wayne), Linda Smeltzer, Ezra Warner (Denise) and Ricky Bennet (Pat); and her granddaughters, Jacquelyn and Hannah Warner.
