He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Morgan and Florence M. Morgan; his siblings, Robert W. Morgan (June), James H. Morgan, Richard T. Morgan and Sandra L. Sullivan; and his brother-in-law Jeryl Marlatt.

He is survived by: his daughter Kelly; his wife Shirlee Morgan; his children, Kellene Doty (Stewart), Kittrena Morgan and William "Bill" II Morgan (Mary); his grandchildren, Leilani Chan (James), Kai Dimond, Jessica Doty, J. Parker Morgan, Will Morgan and Noah Morgan; his great grandchildren, Eloise and Zoey Moana Chan; his sister Patricia Dooley (Michael); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Lou Morgan and Kenneth Sullivan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
