It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Isaac Tetsushi Waters of North Bend, Ohio, who passed away on September 29, 2021, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Reiko Waters and Thomas P. Waters; his grandparents, Tetsuro, Sadako Shinoda, Betty and Desmond Waters; his aunts and uncles, Dan, Brenda Waters, Yuriko and Hideki Nakagawa; and his cousins, Emily Waters, Amy Bui, Kristin Waters, Stephanie Waters and Thomas Waters.
