He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank C. Welch and Dorothy Mae Welch (Echelberger). He is survived by: his wife Donna Wymer; his children, Jim Welch (Lisa) of Findlay, Dan Welch (Tara) of Toledo, Loren Welch (Cheyanne) of Oak Harbor and Teresa Matthes (Will) of North Baltimore; and his siblings, Fred Welch (Lu Ann) of North Baltimore and Peggy McManaway (Pat) of Logan, OH. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
