She was predeceased by: her father Harold Baltz; her husband Robert Hartigan; her daughter Marsha Raylene; and her brothers, Stanley "Snap" Baltz and Wade Baltz.
She is survived by: her daughter Linette Carver (Jim) of North Baltimore; her grandchildren, Brandon Carver, Erica Franks (Tim), Justin Carver (Jen) and Todd Carver (Caitlyn); and her great grandchildren, Lilyann of Lexy, TJ, Isaac, TyLee, Blaine, Brantley and Asher.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Church of the Good Shepherd United Methodist, North Baltimore.
