He was predeceased by: his parents, Glode Perry and Mabel Perry (Whitaker); and his siblings, Don Perry, Wayne Perry and Vivian Bassett.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Eaton; his children, David Perry of North Baltimore, Lois Harsh of Findlay, OH and Dan Perry of Findlay, OH; his grandchildren, Josh Hilty of Findlay, OH and Ihesha Packer of Wadsworth, OH.; his great grandchildren, Arik, Cole, Reid Packer and Miles Hilty; and his brother Jerry Perry of North Baltimore, OH..
In lieu of flowers, the family requests all contributions can be directed to the funeral home in Marion's honor.
