She is survived by: her husband Oliver H. Smith Jr.; her children, Daniel Smith (Yvonne) of Van Wert, Cynthia Riffle (Doug) of Spencerville and Christina Smith of Findlay; her grandchildren, Paul, Louis, William, Nicholas, Marcus and Ashleigh; and her sisters, Donna M. Smith of Lima, Elaine A. Mason of Lima and Mary H. Stonehill of Lima. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
