She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvertis Charles and Rose Etta Chapman (Speaker); her former husband Edwin T. Chaffin; her husband Clayton "Mike" Twining; and her siblings, Alvertis "Bert", Charles, George, Leonard Chapman, Velma Tann, Pauline Bailes and Esther Deel.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Perry (James) of Toledo, Brenda Chaffin of North Baltimore and Edwin "Tom" Chaffin (Betty) of North Baltimore; and her grandchildren, Eileen Baker (Kyle), Sean Crosby, Amanda Chaffin, James Chaffin (Mallory) and Edwin "Tommy" Chaffin. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
