She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Mellinger of North Baltimore; and her brothers, William T. Mathers of Warren, Claude A. Mathers, Jr. of Findlay and Jack D. Mathers of Findlay. She is also survived by three grandchildren; five great grandchildren and one great-great-grandchildren.
