He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Gazarek and Marian Gazarek (Stefanka); his wife Laura Kirby; and his siblings, Robert "Fish" Gazarek, Carol Gazarek and Joanne Britten.
He is survived by: his sons, Marty Gazarek (Holly) of North Baltimore and Matt Gazarek (Meghan) of Perrysburg; his brothers, Joe Gazarek of North Baltimore and Tom Gazarek of North Baltimore; his sister-in-law Patti Gazarek of North Baltimore; and his grandsons, Levi, Gabe, Lane, Owen, Luke, Evan and Joey.
