She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Smith and Bessie Smith (Wallace); her husbands, Cash Betz and Clifford Perkins; and her stepchildren, Neva, Robert and Duke.
She is survived by: her daughters, Candy Desgrange and Sandy Walters (Tom); her sister June Bostelman; her grandchildren, Tommy Lee, Rhonda and Ryan; her great grandchildren, Zachary, Christopher, Brice, Lila, Gaven, Kalei and Delaney; and her great great grandchild Harper. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
