She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony A. Miller and Florence M. Miller (Copp); her former husband Charles G. Moore; her husband William Nigh; her children, David Charles and Diana Arlene; her close friend Maynard Wetoski; and her siblings, Florence, Anthony, Mary Helen, Katherine, Thelma, Charles, John, Francis, Cecil, Myrtle, Lonore, Marilyn, Hazel and Gladys.

She is survived by: her children, Robert James Moore of Oak Harbor and Brenda Radcliff (Ron) of Fostoria; and her grandchildren, Kristin Fagan (Patrick) of Findlay, Lori Tuckerman (Chad) of Bowling Green, William Straley (Jen) of Bowling Green, Mary Ann Moore of Port Clinton, Charles Moore (Tiffany) of Oak Harbor, Amy Moore of Port Clinton and Robert Moore, Jr. of Oak Harbor.

Memorial donations may be made to the March of Dimes.
