He is survived by: his wife Sherry (Lamb); his daughter Tonya Amstutz (Kevin); his stepdaughter Connie Nelson (Rob); his children, Angela Eborg and Roger Stapleton; his grandson Michael Amstutz; his children, Matthew Amstutz, Bennett LeVeck, Mitchell LeVeck, Michael James, Joey James, Chris James, Gary James, Brandy James, Samantha Eborg, Dillon Eborg, Ben Stapleton, Jake Stapleton, Sophie Stapleton, Erin Stapleton and Rose Stapleton; and his siblings, Donald LeVeck, Sandra LeVeck, Patricia McCance, Pamela LeVeck, Jackie Bretsch and Phyllis Warncke.
