He is survived by: his spouse Lesa Clark; his children, David Clark (Kristi) of Bowling Green, Donald Evans, Jr. of North Baltimore, Jacob Evans (Crystal) of Rochester Hills, MI, Mary Wolff (Tom) of Bairdstown, TN and Corrine Evans of Toledo; his siblings, Jim Evans, Joan Boyer of Lucky, OH, Mary Ann Evans and Lois Toesing of Woodville, OH; and his grandchildren, Simon Lashway, Lennox Clark and Elijah Clark.
