She was predeceased by: her father Paul Mills. She is survived by: her sons, William Merwin of North Baltimore, Richard A. Parsons (Tina), Larry Dean Parsons of North Baltimore and Shane Parsons (Stephanie) of North Baltimore; and her siblings, H. Dale Mills (Milli), Betty Carles (Bill), Chester "Bud" Mills (Joan), Danny Mills (Wanda), Larry Mills (Marcia), Robert "Bob" Mills, Sheila Stemen (Donald), Rosemary Daniels (Don) and Sean Mills (Sue). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
