He is survived by: his sons, David Simon (Christine Whitacker) of North Baltimore, Michael Simon (Teri) of Wayne and Joseph Simon of North Baltimore; his siblings, Kevin Simon (Karen) of North Baltimore, Alecia Waldman (Jack) of Benton Ridge and Tamera Patterson (Art) of North Baltimore; his grandchildren, Timmothy Simon (Isabel Rhinehart) of Cambridge, OH and Denny Simon of Wayne; his sister-in-law Sue Simon of North Baltimore; and his pet Maggie.
